About Me

Hey MacSci! My name is Sarah and I'm in my third year of the Honours Life Sciences program. I'm thrilled to be the Tutoring Coordinator for the 2024-2025 academic year. This is my first time on the MSS Exec Team, and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and attending events planned for the year. Formaldehyde has been a highlight for me during my first and second years, so I can't wait to experience it again! When I'm not studying, you’ll find me reading, watching a show, or spending time with friends. On campus, you can usually find me at the Health Science Library or PG!

Goals

1. Enhance promotion of tutoring service to first years through social media and live Q&A sessions.

2. Increase output of video lessons by implementing a system that allows students to request specific topics for video lessons.

Projects

1. Plan and deliver tutor-specific training sessions.

2. Plan and host tutor socials.

3. Host midterm and final review sessions.
