Jessica Manuel
Hi! I'm Jessica, and I'm in Level II of the Applied Psychology in Human Behaviour program (in the general stream)! After tutoring French in high school, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching and knew I wanted to tutor again, so I'm looking forward to tutoring through the MSS! Outside of studying for my psychology midterms, I enjoy singing, going to the gym, and catching up on all the books I've been meaning to read. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions (and feel free to drop your favourite album as I'm always looking for new song recommendations!) :)

Year/Program: Applied Psychology in Human Behaviour II
McMaster Email: manuej2@mcmaster.ca
Languages: English, French
Preferred Teaching Style: Being open and welcoming is my top priority when teaching! I do this by teaching things from scratch (assuming the student has no knowledge at all) to help build a strong foundation. Then, I like to give the student opportunities to demonstrate their learning (through sample tests, flashcards, etc) to help them build their confidence. That being said, I'm open to adapting the way I explain concepts to better suit students individually!
