Preferred Teaching Style: I usually like to have a lesson plan prepared before a tutoring session as it ensures you are preparedness to explain concepts, pinpoint areas of struggles and make changes to subsequent sessions accordingly. Moreover, I like to use diagrams and visual aids as it aids in clarifying topics and creating step-by-step explanations. Lastly, I will often utilise practice questions to go over with tutee to help them feel more comfortable in solving similar concept questions. I ensure my teaching style promotes a positive and productive learning environment through seeking student feedback after learning sessions and gain a better understanding of student preferences and style that better resonate with their needs.
